OCS delivers tenant improvement and build-out services for government, office, restaurants, retail, medical, and institutional spaces. We work closely with owners, tenants, and design teams to transform existing interiors into functional, efficient environments that support day-to-day operations.

OCS serves as a trusted advisor to the owner, representing their best interests throughout the construction process. We provide preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, trade coordination, and on-site oversight while the owner maintains direct contracts with trade partners.

We offer hands-on project management and owner-representation services to guide projects from planning through completion. We act as an extension of the owner’s team, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control to ensure each project is delivered with transparency and accountability.

OCS offers Spec and Custom home construction with hands-on management from design coordination through final walkthrough. We work closely with homeowners and design teams to deliver a well-built, personalized home with clear communication and transparent budgeting.

Mitchell Ojeda

Founder/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mitchell Ojeda founded OCS (Ojeda Contracting Services) to serve Metro Atlanta by bringing together his passion for service, construction, and development.Raised in the disaster recovery and reconstruction industry, Mitchell grew up working alongside his father at Full Circle Restoration and Construction Services. He earned a degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University and returned to Full Circle as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing complex reconstruction projects.Mitchell later completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development at Georgia Tech and subsequently became a NASCLA-certified Commercial General Contractor, laying the foundation for OCS and his long-term vision of developing well-built, people-focused communities.
